Memory, Grief and Resilience. We also understand memory as a complete function, made up of two contradictory elements that comprise remembering and forgetting. One of the questions that we are endeavoring to articulate alongside you, is to think of the limits between both elements of remembering and forgetting. Does remembering really exist? Or is it an action of the subconscious as a way to avoid remembering a traumatic event? How do we remember? Do we remember through our senses, or through our body? Is remembering a perception of the mind or of the heart? What is it to once again remember?
