The 4th International Video Art Festival of the Master's Research Seminar in Visual Arts - FIVA SPMAV 2022, is an extensionist cultural action of internationalization linked to the Graduate Program in Visual Arts s at UFPel,(University Federal de Pelotas) and aims to promote the language of video art in its various possibilities.
