World premiere "Eyes in the Big City - Augen in der Grossstadt" - St.Petersburg Nights of the Museums

World premiere new video work. Alright the SPAR screening program at the St. Petersburg , Russia Museum Night 2019 – May18th/19^th May 2019 is over.

However every year St. Petersburg hosts the Museum Night — an event that engages over 90 local institutions and attracts thousands of visitors. For this edition of the Museum Night on May 18th-19^th, SPAR presented a screening program featuring works by our former and upcoming artists-in-residence. At : 2,04 Gallery - Art Center Pushkinskaya-10, St. Peterburg

Two videos works of mine were screened „Night,Street,Lantern,Pharmacy“ based on the poem of the Russian Poet Alexsandr Blok and the world premiere for „Eyes in the Big City“ based on the poem of the German writer Kurt Tucholsky.

The video will be screened on:

24th of May at CAM Casoria Contemporary Art Museum, Casoria, Italy and will become part of the museum's permanent collection

Honorable Mention for video performance White Cup

My video performance WHITE CUP ( Copa Blanca ) with solo dancer Tsai Hsin-Ying received a Honorable Mention at the 1st NATIONAL COLLOQIUM OF PERFORMANCE AND GENDER in coordination of The Faculty of Fine Arts of the Autonomous University of Querétaro, Mexico. This time no performance or video works. It´s about my linoprints

The three selected prints belong to a small linocut series called black Zen matter.The subjects are based on strong Far Eastern influences and thoughts which are a direct result of my living and working periodes in Taiwan, China and India. As a result my prints and work under went a metamorphosis from colourfull figurative work to abstract, minimal works and motives with a limited use of colours. The distinguish characteristics of these prints in conjunction with previous works are , they are even more simplify , have a larger dimension and only use black ink and the colour of the paper. Like with all of work there is no direct interpretation. The prints have and offer more then one abstract ,metaphoric vision and interpretation of our environments we created by ourselfs and live in

I started a one-month residency at The Lab Program: Art-Research & Mobility Network, thanks to a collabortation with art studio Frontera Garibaldi.

On Friday, May 3rd at 6:00pm I give to talk about my artistic practice and the motivations that bring me to Mexico City. The will be short live performance and a selection of videos works will be presented during the talk
