A Dublin based festival founded to celebrate all things Gothic and Macabre. Our aim is to promote Irish and international artists who work with Gothic themes in their practice. This year will be a two day festival from Halloween the 31st of October- 1st of November in The Chocolate Factory.

Directors of the Festival are Sinéad Keogh and Jack Rabbit

"Connected - Not Connected" was a site-specific, temporary installation that I created especially for KunstRaum / Art Space (Alte Bürger/Old Citizens) in a vacant store. Ropes and ribbons connected, transcended, imagined and made boundaries of the reality of the space within the store

In addition, I also have twice performed my performance Connected, which included the shop, the street, the installation and the audience

Kunstraum/Art Space (Alte Bürger/Old Citizens) was a art festival, which took place in the port city of Bremerhaven, in Northern Germany.Artists used empty shops and apartments, stairs halls and the street for to create installations, performance and exhibitions

New Performance at IMAF 2018

IMAF 2018 - Selection of images from my two performance in Odzaci (07.09.18) and in Novi Sad (09.09.18), Serbia. Both performance are new creations based on my other performance Unfolding-Unwrapped and COCOON . The performance used indoor and outdoor space and included the audience in both locations

International Multimedia Festival

Seven artists from Serbia and nine artists from Germany, Finland, Poland, Hungary, Netherlands and Austria are the participants of the 20th anniversary Festival of multimedia art. Within the Festival we have invited well known artist and a certain number of young artist from Serbia and abroad.

Artist will perform on several locations in Odzaci, at the Hotel "Sloboda" place and on the town streets. In Novi Sad the Festival will take place at SULUV Gallery and on the city streets, with cooperation of the Association of Fine Artists of Vojvodina.As it was our practice in the past, IMAF gives a chance to young artists to present themselves during the official program. This time, four students of Scene design Faculty of Technical Sciences from University of Novi Sad, will make their public performances for the first time.

The central event of the festival is a two-day intensive stream of individual performances by prominent international artists and leading Czech artists. The events will take place alternately in the area of the former Kasárny Karlín swimming pool, Karlín Studios gallery and the Kasárn yard.

An extraordinary event will be the interaction of festival artists with the Landscape Festival installations on the Rohan Island "Naked forms of the Prague Wildlife", which will take place on Sunday, September 2, between 11:00 and 13:00.

The festival takes place in cooperation with Futura Gallery, Karlín Studios, Karlin Barracks, KUB Gallery, Blauverschiebung in Leipzig and Landscape Festival Prague 2018.

The festival takes place with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic.

COCOON

On 16^th of August at the exhibition and open studio day I did the final performance COCOON which I created during the Naked State Project. Intergrated in the performance was a small Land Art installation. The subjects of the performance are the body and the relations, connections in the context of nature and social envirnoments, vulnerability, inner strife, borders and space

Land Art Installation for Performance

During the the Naked State Project I created two new performance, one of them with title Cocoon.
For this performance I specially set up a Land Art installation which is a intregal part of the performance. However as this installation will be destroy during the performance, I had to set it up several times as I perform more then once. But at the same time the body of the performer becomes a also a important part of the installation.

Naked State 

07 August to 17 August 2018, Bare Oaks, East Gwillimbury, Ontario L0G 1V0, Canada 

The aim of this 10-day residency is to create artworks that explore the nude human body in context of nature, culture and art. For the duration of the residency, the artists creating works that explore questions such as: What is nudity? Does stripping away clothing rid us of class, gender, and personal expression?; Do the connections between our bodies and the land change when nude? Is nudity always sexual? What is the role of the nude in historical and contemporary art?. Is it possible to be civil in the nude?; Is there a natural state for human being? Residents work individually or collaboratively to create artworks that explore these questions through media of their choice, such as photography, video, installation, drawing, painting, performance art, dance, sound art, media art, etc.

I am one of the artist who take part in this residency, because the human body plays an important part in my work. Beside my collaboration project  Unfolding-Unwrapped which  I hope to conduct during the residency, at the same I  focus on a individually project, I tried out already some short video and video performances sequences. At this stage everything is experimental, but to be selfcritical I am not very convienced and not very satisfied at this stage of the residence

We performed twice that evening variant 1 and the variant 2 of Unfolding-Unwrapped in one flow.

But just like all previous performances , the performance is never the same, even the concept and principles stay the same. Each time differenent interpretations by the participants and adapted to the local environment
